The availability of our self catering houses for the 6 following months can be checked by clicking on the "availability" button on the page "rates & availability". The status is updated about twice a month, excepted during periods of low demand.
Normally, we only rent our houses per full week, from Saturday up to Saturday. However, during the low season, we often accept short stays (min. 2 nights) for last minute enquiries. Please contact us in case you are interested by a short stay.
Your reservation can be confirmed by e-mail or letter, mentioning your full address, phone number and the composition of your family (or group). In case of availability, we will send you a contract by e-mail (pdf format) or by mail. You will be kindly requested to send us the signed contract by return and to pay a deposit. The reservation will be effective as soon as we receive the deposit within the specified period. The balance is to be paid one month before the start of your stay. The payment can be effected by bank transfer (preferably) or by bank card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro).
(1). In case of cancellation by you, a compensation will be due as per following conditions:
* Cancellation between the payment of the deposit and 61 days prior to the beginning of your stay: 50% of the deposit will be due.
* Cancellation between 60 & 30 days prior to the beginning of your stay: 100% of the deposit will be due.
* Cancellation between 15 & 29 days prior to the beginning of your stay: 100% of the deposit & 50% of the balance will be due.
* Cancellation between 2 & 14 days prior to the beginning of your stay: 100% of the deposit & 75% of the balance will be due.
* Cancellation less then 2 days prior to the beginning of your stay: 100% of the deposit & 100% of the balance will be due.
* If your stay is shortened, the rental will still be due. There will be no refund.
* It is recommended (but not compulsory) to contract a cancellation insurance with your insurance company or online on the website of ADAR.
(2). In case of cancellation by us, all payments effected (deposit and/or balance amounts) will be completely refunded. You will also be entitled to a compensation equal to the one you would have beared in case the cancellation would hgave been effected by you at the same date. However, the compensation will be paid only if all payments due by you have been effected in due time.
