The Gîte du Midi, rated 3 épis de charme (3 stars) by  Gîtes de France, is a spacious house of 135 sqm exposed southwards (= "midi"). All rooms have a private bathroom as well as direct access to a charming patio, protected from the wind and with access to the garden and the private terrace with table and chairs.

The Gîte du Midi is modular: it can be rented with one, two, three or four bedrooms, depending on your needs. When only part of the rooms are rented, the remaining rooms are unoccupied during your entire stay, so as to preserve your privacy.

=> THE GITE RENTED IN ITS ENTIRETY (WITH 4 BEDROOMS) includes the following rooms:

On the ground floor :
- A living room with fireplace and television.
- One bedroom "Le Vieux Village" with twin beds (2 x 90 cm x 2 m) + a bathroom with bath / shower, WC & 2 sinks.
- A dining room with a view towards the fields and the hill.
- A kitchen (fully equipped) with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, oven.
- A private patio sheltered from the wind, with dining area (table and chairs).
- An outdoor terrace with a second dining area (table and chairs).
- A WC / laundry room with washing machine/dryer.

Upstairs :
- A bedroom "le Ravin des Cathelières" with 2 beds (2 x 90 cm x 2 m) & private bathroom (bath + sink + WC).
- A bedroom "le Champ de Blé" with 2 beds (2 x 90 cm x 2 m) + balcony & private bathroom (shower + sink + WC).
- A bedroom "Mont Cousson" with 4 beds (4 x 90 cm x 2 m) including 1 mezzanine bed & private bathroom (bath/shower + sink + WC).

=> IF YOU CHOOSE TO RENT ONLY  PART OF THE BEDROOMS (1, 2 or 3 bedrooms):

All the common rooms remain at your disposal, but only the bedrooms you have selected are made available to you: you choose your preferred rooms, the other rooms will remain unoccupied for the duration of your stay, so as to preserve your privacy. The Gîte du Midi is rented with bed linen and towels (included in the rental price). Beds will be made upon arrival. For cleaning during and / or at the end of your stay, you can, if you wish, call on our "cleaning" service, for an additional fee (see « Rates and booking »).

=> The "Gite du Midi" can be rented with an additional dining room (in addition to the dining room in this house): it is a beautiful vaulted room of 48 sqm with a large table seating 16 guests and a fireplace. This room is located just below the "Gite du Midi" and enjoys a private entrance. It is ideal to host small groups for meals or any organized activity (painting, music, cooking, ...). An adjoining kitchen can also be made available. Non available during the winter season.

Vaulted dining room and adjoining kitchen made available for free management. Rental price of the room and the kitchen: 300 € / week or 100 € / day.
