Booking conditions

Availability:
The availability of our self catering houses for the 6 following months can be checked by clicking on the "availability" button on the page "rates & availability".  The status is updated on a regular basis.

Short stays:
Normally, we only rent our houses per full week, from Saturday up to Saturday.  However, during the low season, we often accept short stays (min. 2 nights) for last minute enquiries.  Please contact us in case you are interested by a short stay.

Reservation:
Your reservation can be confirmed by e-mail or letter, mentioning your full address, phone number and the composition of your family (or group).  In case of availability, we will send you a rental agreement by e-mail (pdf format) or by mail.  You will be kindly requested to send us the signed contract by return and to pay a deposit.   The reservation will be effective as soon as we receive the deposit within the specified period.  The balance is to be paid upon arrival in your self-catering house.

Payment:
The payment can be effected by bank transfer (preferably), by bank card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro) or by cash.

We apply the terms & conditions of sale edited by the Fédération Nationale des Gîtes de France.
